CBT - Therapy that works

We all have life crises or periods where we are not in balance. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is currently recognized as the most effective method for enhancing well-being and addressing common psychological problems.

Examples of problems where CBT is efficient are Anxiety - Challenge fears and fill your life with life, Depression - Rediscover joy and embrace a vibrant life, Stress and Burnout - Achieve life balance and discover ways to rejuvenate, Phobias - Confront fears at your pace and reclaim your life, Lifestyle issues - For instance insomnia or alcohol problems, Relationship problems - Start to focus on your role, thoughts and behaviors and the impact of short and long consequences.

CBT focuses on the present and the future. The aim is to facilitate positive changes and give hands-on tools by actively addressing the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors experienced in the present moment. During CBT, clear goals are established by the client, which are collaboratively pursued throughout our therapy sessions. CBT is characterized by its emphasis on developing new strategies for managing distressing situations and adopting a fresh perspective on problems, thoughts, and behaviors. We agree on homework and the client actively works on these between the sessions. In my therapy, I often use simple illustrations to make it as understandable and memorable as possible.

Normally you feel much better and have reached your goals in only 4-8 sessions!!

My approach to CBT

CBT helps us to look at our action and thoughts and challenges them in order to help you feel better.

I help my clients in simple ways with practical tools, in order to find more balance, tranquility, harmony, and joy in life.

In my therapy I use a lot of simple illustrations, a picture says more than 1000 words and it is something we often remember.

  • Normally less than 10. If you work actively after a few sessions you feel better already.

  • 100€ / hour.
