My Promise
Life should be lived, not just survived.
Having navigated my own journey through burnout and recovery, I am deeply dedicated to helping you move from merely surviving to truly thriving. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we work actively together to break destructive patterns and equip you with the practical tools you need to regain balance and joy.
In just a couple of sessions, we tend to see great benefits in managing stress, anxiety, worry, depression, and fatigue.
My commitment is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can listen to your inner needs and start living a life aligned with your true values—whether we meet in my Palma clinic or online.
I genuinely care about your journey to well-being, which is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation phone call. This session allows us to connect, understand the approach, and ensure that we're the right fit for each other.
It's my way of welcoming you and laying the groundwork for a meaningful therapeutic relationship.

Visual & Practical CBT
A picture says more than a thousand words.
CBT is about understanding the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. To make this process as clear and memorable as possible, I use:
Simple Illustrations: I often use hand-drawn concepts—like my "Parrot" illustration—to help you visualize and challenge destructive thought patterns.
Practical Tools: My focus is on giving you straightforward methods that are easy to remember and apply in your daily life.
Lasting Impact: Visual aids ensure that the insights we reach during our sessions stay with you long after we’ve finished.
How it works: Step by Step
We collaboratively define the concrete goals you want to achieve through therapy. Having a clear destination helps us focus on what will actually make you feel better.
01. Initial Consultation
We start with a free, no-obligation consultation. You share your current situation, and together we create a clear picture of where you are right now to ensure we are a good fit.
02. Setting Goals
As we conclude, we evaluate your progress to ensure you've reached your goals. We also review the practical CBT tools you will take with you to maintain your well-being in everyday life.
03. Therapy Sessions
Our work continues for anywhere between 1 to 20 sessions, depending on your unique needs. We actively use practical tools and visual aids to break destructive patterns.

Forms of therapy
-

Individual therapy
Focus on your personal growth and well-being.
We work actively towards the goals you set, typically meeting once a week or on a timeline tailored to your specific needs. Using practical CBT tools and simple illustrations, we tackle patterns related to:
Stress, Burnout & Fatigue
Anxiety, Phobias & Depression
Lifestyle & Behavioral Changes
Most clients see significant progress and reach their goals within just a few sessions.
-

Couples therapy
Rediscover mutual respect and understanding.
When conflicts increase and communication feels locked, couples therapy provides a collaborative space to identify core issues. We focus on:
Different Perspectives: Meeting together and individually to understand your unique viewpoints.
Healthy Roles: Defining roles you both feel comfortable in and rediscovering respectful communication.
Acceptance & Growth: Shifting focus from changing the other person to finding tools to be your best self in the relationship.
-

Family therapy
Regain the harmony and joy of being a family.
If boundaries feel ineffective or quality time has been replaced by yelling and conflict, we work systemically with the entire family unit. Together, we aim to:
Support & Boundaries: Agreeing on clear strategies to help children listen and feel supported.
Root Causes: Examining the family's current state to understand underlying causes and reduce daily issues.
Tangible Change: Formulating shared goals that increase quality time and bring back the desire to enjoy being a family.
